Danielle and Eli step off the gondola at the top of the mountain at the beautiful Telluride Ski Resort nestled peacefully in the San Juan Mountains . While Danielle has spent numerous occasions exploring the beauty of this quiet little town, she could have never guessed that in a very few short moments, her life was about to change. With shaking hands, Eli gets down on his knee and before he speaks another word, tears flow down her cheeks. The ring has a beautiful story!
Eli purchased the ring from William Levine Fine Jewels which is located in downtown Chicago. What’s so special is that his grandfather’s friend’s dad opened this shop. So now his grandmother, mom, and now Danielle all have a ring from the same jeweler. How spectacular is that?!

We cannot stop saying all of the most amazing things about Lisa. From months of helping Eli prepare for his proposal to the day of the engagement, Lisa was the ultimate expert. Lisa was with us from the moment Eli proposed on San Sophia Overlook in Telluride, celebrating with our families inside AllReds, and back on the mountain for a more formal engagement shoot. The entire block of time spent with Lisa went seamlessly. Eli and I felt so comfortable while taking our photos, it was as if Lisa was not even there with all of her equipment. She made us feel like it was just the two of us on the mountain enjoying the best day of our lives the entire time. Day of the engagement, Lisa walked Eli through all of the “what ifs” that were running through his head and a couple of plot twists that changed some plans. Eli felt at ease and remained confident as Lisa had a solution for everything that came up. Post engagement day, Lisa has been such a great friend and resource for us while starting to plan our dream wedding. We keep in touch with her weekly, sometimes daily, on everything from wedding planning to life updates. We are so thankful for these BEAUTIFUL photos that Lisa captured for us that we will have and cherish for the rest of our lives.
